“Pros- Well laid out and spacious seating area. Good selection of flavored and higher IBU beers. Staff is always friendly. Non-beer/non alcoholic options available. Free pretzels.

Cons- The staff and the entertainment must be deaf, even when seated toward the back the music is too loud to carry on a conversation with your table mates. I am not a fan of flavored or high IBU beers and the American Wheat is getting a little long in the tooth, maybe replace it with an American Style Lager?“

I had the Enchiladas Rancheras and my sweetie had the Durango special. I’m picky about guacamole and theirs was creamy and delicious. To top it off, service was great and 2 entrees, a margarita and a beer came to less than $40! If we get back to Iowa, we’ll be back to Las Palmas.“

“Hello Mason city, I'd like to point out that my past visit to Pancheros did not go so well. I went there with my mother at around 2:15-2:30 pm, and we were greated with the nicest workers, and all was going good until the manager came out. We had seen her previously overviewing a new employee. And he was a nice guy talkative and just had a good vibe. He made a mistake on an order prior to us, and she called him to the back to "talk to him" and believe or not her voice was heard by others cussing and giving her employee a hard time for a simple mistake. Later on my mother and I were waiting for the steak to get cooked, and the manager comes up and starts telling us what we want. And we told her no we're waiting for the steak politely, and she gave us both a dirty look. So I'm not saying the customer service was bad, but the management needs a good look at on who they put in charge.“

“Amazing service and great attitude! I placed a large order of 40 pizzas on Sunday night for my work team. Even though they could only handle 20 due to their capacity, the lovely ladies who helped me were incredibly kind, patient, and went above and beyond to assist me. They did everything they could, and the quality of the pizzas was outstanding! I truly appreciate their effort during such a busy time. Definitely coming back — thank you so much!“
