If I may say the staff at the Mount Pleasant location need to be evaluated. The lady that took my order wasn’t helpful didn’t ask what sauce I would like with my jalapeño poppers. When I picked up my order again I had to ask for my bronco berry sauce and I asked if my sandwich was correct double Arby’s with cheddar. She assured me it was correct. Trenton helped us and was absolutely amazing!! We really appreciated the great customer service we received from him.
The people running the drive thru at night between 6pm-11pm are doing such a good job. Food has always been hot and good. Small wait time but worth it. I hope this location keeps it up.
