“What luck, traveling through Mount Vernon, and saw The Plantiful Pantry! My husband took a drive around the block to give me time to quickly Google search. We were delighted to find a plant-based cafe offering grab and go items! The flavors of the Mexican Street taco bowl danced in my mouth. My husband said that his Tuscan wrap was the best wrap he has ever had. The Compost Cookie energy bites are fantastic! The menu had wonderful items for dine in as well. I highly recommend for everyone, whether you are plant-based/vegan or not, their food will not disappoint!“

“The choice of foods was excellent, something for almost hunger! I enjoyed a small portion of many of the vegestables, the choice of meats, and the salad and pizza. There was nothing that I didn't enjoy immensely! It is without doubt that my family will eat there often. Oh, yes, the price is so reasonable if not a little underpriced. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!“

“An amazing treasure in rural Iowa. Menu is broad, with a wide selection of common favorites along with a few specialty items served only at the Skillet Cafe. We had the Skillet Plate for breakfast. Peppers and onions were cooked but still crisp, potatoes were also cooked to perfection. Eggs cooked perfectly as ordered (over medium). Service is excellent. Seated promptly and politely by courteous and helpful staff. Food served while still fresh. Follow up for drinks and other needs was very appropriate (not too little, not too much). Covid preparedness is A+. Seating is all 6 feet apart. Touch free menus available by scanning QR code at the table on your smart phone. Touch free checkout also available with credit card. Not just good Covid prep, good service. Very smart. Overall a great reason to visit Mt. Vernon Iowa as often as we can.“

“Zoetic is such a great place to not only work, but just be a customer! I was a loyal customer long before I worked there and the environment is such a great place to be! Getting to serve the people in our community and be a light to others is something everyone that works there exceeds at! Getting to hear the great experiences people have at zoetic is very heartwarming! The food, coffee, environment, staff and much more is what I love about Zoetic! I highly recommend anyone to give it a try and spend a little time there because it’s such a happy place!“

“Me and my fiancé just had a little breakfast date here and it was one of the best cafe experiences I’ve had in a long time. The ladies at the counter were very polite, we both had lavender vanilla lattes, sausage egg and cheese cinnawichs and a blueberry muffin and all of it was so good. The atmosphere was amazing. Overall an amazing experience!! Will be back!!“

“Great place to eat. Friendly staff. We ate breakfast this morning, and had a small issue. The manager came right over to see what she could do to make it right. I highly recommend this restaurant if your ever in Solon they have something for everyone.“
