Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of the Owner. She thought it was a good idea to call a loyal customer and accuse her of harassment (after hearing hearsay from her employees- with zero evidence that these were true statements) who does that? I have never heard of a business owner calling a loyal customer and accuse them of harassment.
