We stopped for lunch and ordered a medium Happy Joe’s Special. After a short wait it as delivered nice and hot. The first thing I noticed was the crust was nice and crispy and light, much improved from the last time we had a HJ pizza. The pie was very good and the people who waited on us were nice and very pleasant. A very enjoyable lunch.
