the manager terrie is rude and unprofessional. on three separate occasions she has been rude to me especially early in the morning she acts as if it's a huge inconvenience for her to open on time and make coffee I've been a customer since the store opened but will take my business elsewhere. The new management team is absolutely horrible. The manager Terry expects the regular employees to manage and perform tasks that she should be doing. She's extremely unprofessional, rude and completely fails at important communication with her employees. She cuts hours of her regular, hard working employees just to give her daughter hours, which she just hired her with no experience.
