Kid-friendliness: Our grandchildren love coming to Short Stop!It has become a family tradition.Our one grandson loves their cheeseballs!All of them love the ice cream treats!Our granddaughter loves their cheeseburger & fries.They love sitting out in the swing or at the patio tables, besides loving to sit in the coziness of the dining area inside.They loved the pretty plants and the hand pump that use to automatically dump water into a little bucket. They miss that a lot as it has not been working.“

“It's a fast food place so I wasn't expecting the world lol. The place was clean, the staff was super friendly even when I kept making confusing changes while I ordered (sorry!!). The burger was good, the chili cheese fries were good, root beer was good, and so was the Oreo polar swirl.“

“Food is expensive compared to other fast food places. They validate it by saying they use Angus beef.... but I personally don't think Angus is good enough to charge double for a sandwich. Plus breakfast friscos don't have Angus and they're still expensive.“

“If I may say the staff at the Mount Pleasant location need to be evaluated. The lady that took my order wasn’t helpful didn’t ask what sauce I would like with my jalapeño poppers. When I picked up my order again I had to ask for my bronco berry sauce and I asked if my sandwich was correct double Arby’s with cheddar. She assured me it was correct. When I got in the semi sadly no cheese or sauce or onion bun. Disheartening when this is my evening meal for the day! The staff should take more pride in helping the customer because without the customer they wouldn’t have a job! Have a blessed day!“

“I would just like you to know the I stopped in your pizza hut today on my way to Iowacity. I had a couple friends with me that live out of state, we decided to each get a sandwich. last time I got my black forest sandwich at another hut, it was disgusting....so I haven't had one for a long time. I just want to tell you thst all of our food was AMAZING! I was even pleased to get my pickle! I know it's supposed to come with the sandwich, but at my pizza hut, that doesn't happen. Anyway, I was so impressed I asked who made it...they said a girl named Codi..... anyway, since I couldn't tell Codi myself, tell her she did an amazing job, and I was so excited to beable to get my forest sandwich again! keep up the good work Codi!!!“

“Greatest Taco Bell I’ve been to. Its got KFC. Workers are average. Food is always as standard. Sometimes messes up orders but quickly fixes them.

The only gripe I have is that they are not open as said online. They seem to choose whenever they want and are not open for long during the day.“

“KFC in Mount Pleasant is doing well! The atmosphere here is usually light and the people are usually polite. They are definitely doing better than McDonald’s across the street. People seem to be coming here more than McDonald’s now. The drive thru and dining room is pretty quick in service even though they sometimes have less help. If you want better service than McDonald’s look no farther than KFC across the street :)“

“We stopped to get something to eat at around 930 pm on a Sunday night. Since we were on a drive we went inside to order and use the restrooms. Not only was the store in very good condition as far as cleanliness goes. But the staff was prompt, fastidious,and polite. Our food was prepared correctly including the special requests. The fries were hot and salted and the chicken nuggets were fresh. All in all compared to the local store in our hometown some 45 miles from this one. This store deserves a 100% perfect award. Thank you to the staff great job.“
