Tonight my husband ordered two burgers with NO ONIONS on the mobile app, but ended up getting them with onions. He called and was able to get them re-made. Upon arriving, the manager on duty asked if he had a 20 piece chicken nugget and burger with honey mustard and my husband replied, "No, I just had the two big macs with no onions." Drive through
Second time passing by drive-thru in the 5 days and second time they forgot to serve the full order, this time stopped and mentioned was missing the fries and 4 of the promotion sauces that was ordered on the app(last visit they didn't serve the McChicken and sauces but notice after arriving home), on the app it dont upcharge for them but shift manager say they charge extra for those promotional sauces, then they only give me 2 bbq sauce, not even 4 for the 4 sauces of the meals.
