The Dutch specialty bakes, which are genuinely divine and remind you exactly where you are. Try the almond Bankets (almond pies) they will be your new ride or die OR newest addiction, whichever way you look at life.

What saves it from being merely impressive is the welcome. You get Parisian quality delivered with a hometown smile, and somehow neither cancels the other out. There is something here for everyone, and you can taste the love in it — the passionate, meticulous kind of baking that doesn't happen by accident.
