We don’t visit KFC often, but when we do, it seems like they are always out of chicken. We waited over an hour today. Usually we walk out. This is a restaurant based on chicken. I bet in the last year, we walked out without chicken at least half a dozen times. Osceola Iowa KFC has poor management
Terrible experience. Worker almost ignored me as if I am from out of space or they are fearful they have to work. I Paid $22 for 8 pieces of chicken only to find out I didn’t get what I ordered. I asked for crispy, they gave me traditional, but I was already back on the freeway so putting my frustration online is all I can do.
The manager is very rude and treated her employee badly for selling us too many extra biscuits. We bought 16 PC of dark meat and 12 biscuits and the manager was ready to freak out. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

KFC serves delicious greasy chicken, and their Mashed Potatoes and Gravy are a must-try. The Famous Bowls are a convenient option for on-the-go eating. The restaurant offers excellent customer service and a clean environment. The Pot Pie is a highlight, filled with large pieces of chicken, vegetables, and potatoes, topped with a golden flaky crust. Ample parking is available, but be aware that the doors may be heavy and difficult to maneuver for those with mobility issues.
