All KFC chicken is the best of any fried chicken franchises. But, the store here in Osceola, Iowa has kicked it up a notch. The chicken was PERFECT. SO GOOD!! I give the chicken and the service 5 stars. The only reason I gave only 3 stars for the atmosphere, is because the chairs are so hard and very uncomfortable. But, that chicken! 😋
Service not so great, didn't get order right. Food was not good, soda didn't taste right.
Have found that all the KFC/ Taco Bell combo stores are never good, and always have problems at them.
My plan is to just not waste anymore of my time or money at them.

Wow! Ordered cole slaw and was told I would have to go next door to the Arby's get a fork to eat it as they were currently out of sporks! Are you kidding?? There is a Walmart next door could they not go buy some?? Wow what poor management. The bathroom needed attention and there was a pile of dead bugs and lint in the corner of the stall. It's a shame we used to really enjoy this place.☹️

KFC serves delicious greasy chicken, and their Mashed Potatoes and Gravy are a must-try. The Famous Bowls are a convenient option for on-the-go eating. The restaurant offers excellent customer service and a clean environment. The Pot Pie is a highlight, filled with large pieces of chicken, vegetables, and potatoes, topped with a golden flaky crust. Ample parking is available, but be aware that the doors may be heavy and difficult to maneuver for those with mobility issues.
