This location is either great or absolutely horrible with no in between. It’s especially bad in the evening when they run out of ingredients. I recently ordered on the app and when I went to pick it up was told they did not have all the ingredients to make my order and would not allow me to substitute. When I asked if my money would be refunded they said they didn’t know because they have nothing to do with the app …
Pulled in for lunch and was met by some friendly ladies working the drive-through, who said I had some very handsome dogs and asked if they could give them some free treats, which they enjoyed immensely. I received my order and it was very good.

I went to order and some guy walks by whose working and yells they are out of chicken. There's was 3 pieces left so I bought them. The breast was so dry, I had to drink with every bite to get it down. My husband couldn't get the little tenders sandwich es because they were out. We were locked in so no one else could get in. How do you not order extra chicken for Easter weekend.
