Everything was organized smoothly and executed perfectly the day of the event, which made everything feel seamless and stress free. The quiches were a standout (bacon & cheddar with caramelized onions, and charred pepper, spinach, and feta). The croissant sandwiches were also a hit, along with the caprese bites, queso dip, and mixed greens salad. The fresh fruit was perfect, and the lemon bars were my absolute favorite, I was honestly drooling!
