Cons: Ordered Pizza Hut for the first time tonight since they opened. Got our breadsticks without seasoning. Called them to see what they could do. This was their response;“I’m not saying you’re lying but I’ve been watching him make them all night and he’s lightly seasoning them”Pro: they did deliver fresh seasoned breadsticks.
On 3/26/23 called in an order to be delivered as we had friends n from out of town. All was great, hot and on time!! Then on 3/31/23 called an order to be picked up. When we went to get it, they said there was no order!! We left without anything! Place was packed and the drive thru was super long!! People inside were cancelling orders that had been paid online!! It will be a long time before we order again! A trip to Ottumwa is much easier and we can eat inside!

We ordered delivery. As the gentleman took the pizza out of the bag the steam just rolled out of the bag and off the boxes. Hottest pizza I have ever had delivered. The delivery guy was so polite and friendly.
