This was the worst sandwich I've ever had from Wendy's. When I ordered from the drive through, I ordered a Dave's Double cheeseburger. The girl kept asking me 3 times if I wanted a single, double or triple. I repeated myself that I wanted a double.She STILL didn't 'get it!' So, we puled forward she gave me our order and she didn't look happy, looked as tho she hated her job, gave me the sack, took the money. If I could give less than one star I would. At least 6 people working but they refused to take our order and prioritized drive through and mobile orders. Have been waiting for 30 minutes so far.

I ordered a honey chicken sandwich meal and asked to wait 5 minutes. Only one other car besides myself at the time. I pulled ahead as asked. I ended up waiting for over 20 mins . Then, I had to go back to the window. They had forgotten me. The potatoes were hot but not fully cooked, and chicken was not hot! ? All I got was, " I'm really sorry." I should have been offered at least a free meal... they forgot me! P.s. I was nice about it... even if I did not want to be.
