“I'm in Iowa to visit a friend and this is the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. I'm from Las Vegas where Mexican food is on nearly every corner. None of it compares to Potros Garcia. Try the Enchiladas Rachera. The shredded pork on the top of the enchiladas is AMAZING and the sauce is phenominal. I plan on coming here again before going home and I'm going to get just that pork and a pile of tortillas.“

“My husband and I stayed in Ottawa to go to a comedian and we love to have drinks and food at Mexican restaurants. I was reading some of the reviews and someone put that they would rather go 30 minutes to another town and I just have to say this was right down the street from our hotel and it was one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to and we’ve been to quite a few. We live in the Des Moines area, so wish we could be back sooner than later, but we had an absolute amazing experience. Our waiter was on point and everything was delicious. 10/10“

I love going in and visiting with her while they're getting our order ready. super welcoming! the food is phenomenal tons of flavor, good amount of food definitely a good value. I love all the snack options I'm slowly working my way through each of them and she answers every question I ask about what is in each snack food offered. her girls have an incredible work ethic and work right along side them. “Was there earlier today. The lady that took my order was very nice. Let me know if I had any questions or anything to just ask. She even asked if I needed silverware since I was taking it to go. Food was hot and very good.. I got a burrito. Only thing is I noticed they need new pool sticks and the building looked like it needed some minor maintenance. Other than that I was impressed!“
