“There was a female employee setting in the dining area and she was talking on her cell and at times she was talking loud. I finally heard her say that she was clocked into work and that maybe she should get back to work. Out in the dining is not a place for an on the clock employee to be on her phone.“

I made a mistake on my door dash order and clicked a button that ordered on the spot when I was actually looking for somewhere to put in a coupon (which apparently these needed to be used in person, which is a big oops on my part!) she was so patient and helpful. I can tell she works hard and cares about the customers.“
