“I absolutely love Fiesta, it has been our date night destination for three years now and Fiesta never fails. My absolute favorite is the Chori Pollo and their cheese dip. I cannot recommend Fiesta enough it truly is amazing mexican food. 10/10 ⭐️“

“my daughter and I stumbled upon this neat place today. she has the classic burger with a side of fresh fruit and she loved it. I had the grinder with a side of amazing tomato bisque soup. we shared some tasty chicken loaded nachos and will definitely be making the 45 minute drive again very soon. our waitress was a lovely lady named Tatum(I cannot remember how your name is spelled,I'm so sorry). she was rocking the bar and taking orders all by herself. she constantly made sure we were doing ok. 10/10🤟“

“Best Mexican restaurant hands down. I had steak fajitas and my wife had Carnitas. Perfect blend of tender steak, pepper onions and tomatoes. All perfectly grilled. My wife's carnival wire crispy on the outside and juicy inside.. The service was over the top. Definitely give this place a try. I will update further after I tried more of the menu. Can't wait.“

“The food here is amazing. I've had tacos in LA, mexico, and miami and this place is easily just as good as those. The burritos are $12 and for the price I expected portions similar to abelardos and they brought out a burrito the size of a newborn baby. They have a bakery with fresh pastries, which were only $1 each. Their horchata is amazing as well. If you want to get some amazing food come here. $50 easily fed a group of three. We got a burrito, 8 tacos, 3 pastries for $50. Great deal.“

“We had a fantastic experience at Monterey. The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Our food arrived incredibly fast, and the quality was amazing—everything came out hot and fresh. We also ordered margaritas, and they were perfect. They tasted amazing, had a great strong pour, and looked exactly like the picture advertised. “The chips and 4 varieties of salsa come with your meal and are served before you even order!😀. My husband always gets the chicken burrito, with rice and beans. The burrito is full of moist deliciously flavored chicken with just the right amount of cilantro, cheese, and lettuce. The tortilla is lightly grilled on the flat top. I always get the beef fajitas! I’m not a bean or rice fan so they always let me substitute with extra amount of: cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. The beef is so tender, lots of lightly grilled green peppers, red peppers, and onions! It comes on a hot sizzling plate! It’s so plentiful that I always take home the extras!
The people working there are amazingly friendly. The service is quick. The food is reasonably priced! The sodas are included in the meal price. But most of all it is delicious food! We have been going there since around 2003 and have never been disappointed!“

“I ordered three chicken tacos and two beef tacos. All were delicious. I also ordered a chicken burrito. That was huge and even better than the tacos. I was in town from Los Angeles, and I would eat here again if I come back. Definitely worth a stop.

“One of the better Street taco trucks in Des Moines. Al Pastor tacos were fantastic. The charred pepper/onions were also excellent. Tacos are a bit small, but not that different than most other trucks. Small suggestion: spice up the red (and green) salsa more? Both are a bit more thin than I usually like.“
