“I absolutely love Fiesta, it has been our date night destination for three years now and Fiesta never fails. My absolute favorite is the Chori Pollo and their cheese dip. I cannot recommend Fiesta enough it truly is amazing mexican food. 10/10 ⭐️“

“my daughter and I stumbled upon this neat place today. she has the classic burger with a side of fresh fruit and she loved it. I had the grinder with a side of amazing tomato bisque soup. we shared some tasty chicken loaded nachos and will definitely be making the 45 minute drive again very soon. our waitress was a lovely lady named Tatum(I cannot remember how your name is spelled,I'm so sorry). she was rocking the bar and taking orders all by herself. she constantly made sure we were doing ok. 10/10🤟“

“Best Mexican restaurant hands down. I had steak fajitas and my wife had Carnitas. Perfect blend of tender steak, pepper onions and tomatoes. All perfectly grilled. My wife's carnival wire crispy on the outside and juicy inside.. The service was over the top. Definitely give this place a try. I will update further after I tried more of the menu. Can't wait.“

“We have eaten at the Guadalajara weekly for almost 4 years now. Everyone is so friendly, the food is amazing every time, and the margaritas are fantastic. Great customer service, fantastic staff, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely recommend eating at any Guadalajara locations, but we love our Ankeny Guad 🫶🏼“

“The food here is amazing. I've had tacos in LA, mexico, and miami and this place is easily just as good as those. The burritos are $12 and for the price I expected portions similar to abelardos and they brought out a burrito the size of a newborn baby. They have a bakery with fresh pastries, which were only $1 each. Their horchata is amazing as well. If you want to get some amazing food come here. $50 easily fed a group of three. We got a burrito, 8 tacos, 3 pastries for $50. Great deal.“

Came here for the first time with my partner on a Friday. Got the chicken fajita & my partner got the carne asada.

Was greeted by our waitress immediately and served with chips & salsa. Drinks were served very quickly & food was fresh hot out of the kitchen.

Tacos are the perfect size so you can mix and match a few different meats. Red salsa has a real kick to it in the best way. Everything tastes fresh, not sitting-under-a-heat-lamp fresh, actually fresh. Prices are fair for the quality too. I've tried a lot of taco trucks around town and this is the one I tell people about. “This the BEST food truck in Des Moines PERIOD. I've been going to this truck for as long as I can remember, back when the Duke of oil was there. DOMT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO ANY OTHER TRUCK. In my opinion this is the only REAL food truck. Every other one tries to do what this truck did 10 years ago. Prices are unbeatable, the burrito is the size of my thigh, BRING CASH.“
