The lady that helped me was absolutely AMAZING (sorry I didn’t catch your name)! She confirmed with kitchen staff that they could have it ready by 11:15am and I tell you they had it ready to go and perfect!!! One of you were even sweet enough to leave a note for one of our staff on her bag ❤️ You all went above and beyond for us where most would have been overly annoyed and we appreciate it so very much! #supportsmallbusinesses“

“background: my mom and I had traveled up to Omaha, Ne from Dallas, Tx to watch Texas A&M play in the men’s college world series. We were leaving, making our long drive back down and stumbled upon this Runza location. We had never heard of Runza before and this was our first time ever getting to experience it. The 3 young men working could tell we weren’t from around the area (as we were wearing Texas A&M gear) and happily answered all our questions about what items were on the menu. The moment that really meant a lot to us was when we received our food, they threw in 2 cookies and wished us safe travels on our long journey. They were aware that we don’t have any Runza locations where we are from and wanted to make sure we had a great 1st time. It was a small gesture but meant a whole lot to my mom and I! Luckily the food was just as good as the service. Hoping Runza expands to Texas so we can support but wanted to shoutout those workers for being awesome!“

“I eat in, pick up, and get food delivered from here. Every time, it is delicious and warm. Their food is always fresh, you can tell their eggs are fresh by their orange yolks. Their staff is so friendly and accomdating, the iced coffee is the best I have ever had. My only complaint is that they aren't open later in the day, sometimes I want First Watch for dinner!?

Parking: The parking lot in front of their building is usually full, but there is an overflow parking lot to the left of their building within walking distance“

“We came in for lunch on a cold, rainy Sunday morning (and not during football season). The bar was quiet but very nice. I loved the tables (copper top) and the appearance of it all. The food was delicious. We didn't have a waitress so we had to order our food at the bar, which was fine, and had to get our own soda and silverware (no big deal). I would definitely eat here again.

However, I came today in a bit of a rush to get there before they closed because we are going out of town tomorrow. “I dont understand Drey Urban such a negative reveiw on such a wonderful place. I usually dont write review but after seeing mr drey. review my opioion on such awesome bar with such awesome food. I have been in there at full capcity and people were waiting outside and the food came out in 15-20 minute max. The staff was absolutely amazing and always coming back to see if we need anything.“

“Even though, on our first trip there, they accidentally charged an extra $260 to our credit card (on top of our actual bill), because I caught it that same night on our banking app... they were able to make it right. Somebody got a nice sized free meal though... There was no way they could go figure out who walked out without paying. Staff is lovely. The food is amazing and there's lots of fun things to keep you entertained while you have that very short wait for your meal. Everything is nice and clean and there's plenty of parking. This has become our go-to place as we have a permanent campsite just a few miles away now.“

“My spouse and I have been to this place and its predecessor for a very, very long time. We usually go once a week to do our business meeting in the small room where I can hear better. My only wish is that they have more pastry. Sometimes they run out. It is a lovely, friendly, and safe place, where people can hang out as long as they want. It would also be good if it were wheelchair-accessible. It is the only place in Glenwood like this.“

“As we sat down Ivan (our server) greeted us with a smile. Wished me a “Happy Mothers Day”. He was so attentive during our meal. He had a lot of other tables to take care of also. “It’s nice to have a store like Hy-Vee in little old Plattsmouth. Meat and deli counter, prepared foods, large produce department. My only and constant complaint is the bagging needs improvement. Squashing bread, bagging hot food with frozen, overly heavy bags. I actually place all my frozen and refrigerated foods on the belt first then the non refrigerated items then hot food last. Still the frozen items are bagged with non refrigerated items. I always have to tell the checker to bag the bread separately otherwise it will be squashed with a heavy item in the bag. I shop many grocery stores in the Omaha area since I work there and by far the Plattsmouth Hy-Vee has the worst baggers. I would like to bag my own groceries if they would let me or maybe management could give the employees a class on proper bagging.“
