The rating of 4.1 is an average over many years. If you consider only the ratings over the past 12 months, it is closer to a two star average.This is closer to my one star experience. Besides poor service, poor food and more expensive than any other Subway in the country between here and the west coast it is disappointing. I have never seen a coupon for this location, either. Good customer service, but I ordered online, and they made both of my subs the complete wrong way. I came back in and explained the mistake, and they still made the order wrong, so I just left. I wasn’t even able to eat my sub as I have certain dietary restrictions.

Great service, great food and great people. Savanna went above and beyond to get our food as perfect as possible. She also made great conversation while doing her work. All around great gal that will be an asset to her employer. Hopefully this gets to the management team and she gets recognized for her excellent work. Thanks and have a great day.
