“I would say I am a pretty frequent customer at the Rock Valley Subway and I have yet to have a single bad experience at this Subway. The employees/managers are always kind, hard working, and considerate. The food is always great. I’m thankful to have such a nice place in town to go get lunch at!“

“Ordered online. Once we arrived we waited 10 minutes to get to the window with only 1 vehicle infront of us. Waited another 10 minutes once we got to the window. Once we got home (8miles away) realizes they shorted us a drink and a burrito. Only 2 people working. Very slow!“

“Jimmy John’s and this specific location has saved my hunger needs more than multiple times. I not only have nothing but wonderful experiences with their delivery drivers but the food is always even better than my expectation. Grateful for them in the community.. I would not survive with out them!“

“Update: Had a couple of times where order was very small and the wait was extremely long when not many people were there. Actually had to go in and wait more and bag i observed when first inside was my bag the whole wait inside. Nothing was added it was ready the whole time. But also had them fix another size mistake a month or so later and they kept promise and gave correct size frappe free of charge. As long as mistakes are corrected I won't give rating lower than 4.“
