“This was the worst Capriotti's I've ever been to in my life, and I've been to several in other states. The sandwich looked nothing like what you guys advertise as it barely had any meat on the sandwich and all it was was a tiny bit of chopped up pieces of ham, half inch pieces at best... that is not a classic Italian sandwich and I've had the sandwich in other states and it was fine. but I will never come back to this place and I do not recommend their place which is really disappointing. It seems Sioux Falls really struggles with their franchises here. Another recommendation is don't put the little bit of meat and cheese on the inside Edge where the two buns connect when you have the bun laid open so you have half the bun on the opening edge that has nothing (at least an inch or more) on it when you fold it in half. you guys sure made up for it for all the lettuce you put on it. that was the bulk of what the sandwich was. your sandwich looks nothing like what you advertise.“

“I usually go through the drive-up I stop about 5 times a week getting breakfast burritos of different types about 70%of the time i can only taste the cheese on a small part of it making the rest taste dry,some times they forget to mark the types when your ordering for more than 1 makes it hard. the only other suggestion is I would put sticker on the seam that way the others won't unravel when you take them out of the sack although 41st location is closer I might have to try 12th street“

“I've been coming to this Arby's multiple times a week on my lunch break because it's close to work and the food is usually good. I even started taking my lunch later to avoid the 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM rush so I can get in, grab my food, and get back to work quickly.

The biggest issue has been the customer service. Sue often seems to have trouble hearing what I'm ordering, which leads to repeating myself several times. I also sometimes get the impression that I'm inconveniencing the staff, which isn't a great feeling as someone who comes in regularly.

I used to order through the app almost every visit, but I stopped after being charged twice for a single item on one order. The app has also been frustrating because Apple Pay doesn't seem to accept my Discover card, so I have to manually enter my credit card security code or switch to my Capital One debit card every time. That makes using the app more hassle than it's worth.

When I do place mobile orders, they're often packaged like they're for DoorDash, with the drink sealed as if a delivery driver is picking it up, even though I'm coming inside myself. It's not a major problem, but it feels unnecessary.

The food and wait is consistently good, which is why I keep coming back. I just hope the service and ordering experience improve, because this location is really convenient and I'd like to continue being a regular customer.“

After visiting several Taco Bell locations throughout my pregnancy and being disappointed every single time, I decided to drive a little farther and give this location a shot. I know it was probably completely unhinged to hear a pregnant woman explain her craving and beg you to make my Crunchwrap with love...

But you absolutely delivered.

It was hands down the best Sausage Breakfast Crunchwrap I've had this entire pregnancy. The tortilla was perfectly grilled, the filling was hot & melted, everything was balanced, and every bite was exactly what I'd been craving for weeks.

If I could give whoever made it a hug, I genuinely would. From one very grateful (and slightly crazy) pregnant lady—thank you. You have no idea how much that meal meant to me. You made my entire day, and I'll absolutely be making the drive back.“

“Charlie is such a great person, very helpful and personable. I don't mind going out of my way to this KFC. Came here the other day because they're open an hour later than the 10th St. location. Had a slight issue with my order, and Charlie handled it perfectly.
