“Stopped out last night to try the new food!!! It was soooo good. We could not stop eating the chips and salsa, great salsa. I got the quesabirria and it was delicious and filling. One of my kids got a basic fajita chicken and cheese quesadilla and I could not stop stealing bites 🤣 the chicken had such good flavor and wasn’t dry at all. Another one of my kiddos got the steak tacos and the steak meat was also seasoned perfectly and was not dry at all- a common issue I have with other places we’ve tried. The rice also was super flavorful and tasty. Absolutely recommend trying their food out- we were there around 4:30 and it wasn’t busy yet so it was a perfect time to go in with the kids and get dinner 😄”

“The soft-serve is pretty good. My only (very juvenile) complaint is the lack of toppings but I guess if the ice cream is good, you don't have to pile candy onto them. Didn't know they served food until we came in last weekend. Looks like there are separate counters depending on what you want to order. Limited seating. This is one of my required stops when passing through Carlisle 😊”

“We aren’t from the area and had just spent an hour and a half in the freezing cold watching soccer. It was semi-close to closing so I called ahead to make sure our party of 7 could still come down. The girl who answered was very polite and kind and said come on down. Ended up being a party of 8. We were sat immediately. Served immediately. All food was hot, fresh, and amazing. Our server was so patient and kind as well. We had: fried ravioli, fried pickles, cheese sticks, Alfredo burger, Mama’s Alfredo with shrimp, Pasta Mario, gnocchi, creamy lemon pasta, Cajun pasta…the shrimp was freaking amazing…but honestly everyone raved about their food. We were done a little after closing and still all staff were so kind. Just all around amazing experience! Great food. Great people. And portions are HUGE!”

“I love sister’s place for so many reasons. The staff is amazing. They always make my husband and I feel like we’re party of the sister’s place family. The food is also VERY good. Obviously it’s not Johnny’s but it’s the best bar food I’ve had. I love that they always do specials to change it up a bit. Gives me something to look forward to. “love the atmosphere and service BUT I used to get the yogurt Parfe w granola,blueberries, strawberries at least 3 times a week for breakfast or lunch and they changed the recipe and are using strawberry sugary thick compote instead of just yummy strawberries . now I won't get it. wish they would bring back original recipe.. the chocolate mint pie is the best, love the chicken pot pie, smoothies, chocolate malts.”

“Great little nook for a drink with a friend on a weekday. Just had a quick drink. No food. Excellent service and friendly bartender. Did sir in the back area where they have karaoke on the weekends. Could use some love in that area and some cleaning. Overall, love this little place. Will be back!”
