Brice, Shannan & Co really care about their image and quality of food and it shows, the dining areas and bathrooms are always very clean. Meat is smoked fresh and ran until sold out, so you know you are getting fresh food, not something thats been reheated. Brice is probably one of the most friendliest gentleman ive come across, always says hello and ask how your day is going, makes sure to check up on you while eating, and always answers any questions i have on how to make my own smoked food better as well. I am from dubuque, and as its not a very far drive to cascade, but there is still no hesitation to go when Moskis crosses my mind. You cant go wrong with any menu item, as im sure whatever you get will have you craving more!”

“This is the only restaurant that was serving food this time of day on a Sunday and I’m glad because the food was exceptional!!! There were eight of us. 3 of us got the chicken CascadeIA one got a mushroom Swiss burger two got the Philly steak one got a chef salad. We drove by it TWICE! There is no large sign like in the pictures or on the windows. Just a tiny one on the canopy over the door.

We LOVED this place!

The staff is great and the owner is too!

They have fresh grated parmesan too. None of that other stuff.

“I stopped in one evening to have a couple of drinks. The bar is clean and looks very nice. I wish I could say I had a great time but the red headed bartender that was working seemed absolutely useless. She saw me come in and take a seat at the bar but instead of coming to wait on me she sat down and made someone else who was working in the kitchen take my order. After having a few drinks and talking with the other customers there I decided to order some food. When I asked the bartender with the red hair if I could see a menu she looked at me like I was speaking a different language. I asked if the kitchen was still open and then the light bulb turned on. She very rudely told me she wasn’t cooking and walked away. It was only about 8:30 PM so I asked some of the other people if there was a reason she wasn’t going to cook and they said she is just lazy. I had a good time here, if only the owner could hire someone a little more competent and friendly it would have been even better. I will be stopping by again and hopefully there will be a different bartender when I do.”

“Who ever worked 8pm on 5/31/25 is amazing as soon as the door opened they rushed to the front because they didn't want anyone to wait loved that! However I did have a mobile order so it wasn't necessary but still appreciated. Then when I opened my bag I asked for a crazy amount of olives and they did it! Mad love they even put extra olives in a container in case it wasn't enough! It was over my expectation and I'm loving it thank u!”
