“Jimmy John’s and this specific location has saved my hunger needs more than multiple times. I not only have nothing but wonderful experiences with their delivery drivers but the food is always even better than my expectation. Grateful for them in the community.. I would not survive with out them!“

“I tried several times to place my order through the app rewards so I could take part in the Buy 1 Get 1 50% off ft longs. It would not allow me to pay for my order regardless of which card I tried to use. So I drove there and ordered in person and was told he couldn't honor the "special" because it was specific to the app only. Then proceeds to tell me that the employees have no knowledge of the app operations, that they aren't even trained. I paid for my order using one of the cards I tried using in the app. This young man was very polite and did a great job serving us. My gripe is with the company for lack of training and the fact that when the app malfunctions, there should be a way to honor the deals offered on there. I ordered 5 ft longs, 2 pretzel sticks and 6 cookies, over $80 after tip and I couldn't even use my rewards!! ?“

“Clean and recently updated restaurant with a modern feel. Variety of options for subs, salads, and bowls. Prices have increased dramatically over the past couple of years! Sandwiches can get pretty spendy depending on what you order. They also seem to use smaller portions/less toppings here than at most other Subways. Staff is usually friendly.“

“Their food is good. I've had no issues with the quality of their ingredients. Quality of the sandwich sometimes depends on how many high-school kids are working at the time, but is almost always on par with any other Subway. Service time is on par with any other subway, the place is always clean, and I've never personally experienced poor customer service. Rather annoying, though, is that twice now I've stopped by later in the night to find that they're closed before 10PM, which is their advertised closing time every night. One of those times it was ~8:45 and the lights were out, sign was off, and they've already packed everything up. I've worked food service, and only once was I EVER told to close early, when we hadn't seen a customer in HOURS. And that was ONE hour early. I don't even go here frequently, so it has to have happened more than just twice.“
