“I live an hour away and I always look forward to going to this particular place every time I’m in that direction. I’ve had sushi in a lot of different places all over the United States and nothing holds a candle this place. Happy ell Maki and Manhattan roll are my favorite. And don’t forget the squid Otsunami salad!!“

“The food served at Sarku Japan in the Coral Ridge Mall is always hot, fresh, and delicious. In my opinion, the serving size is generous. My daughter and I often just add the extra chicken option and share a single teriyaki chicken meal between us. Their prices are certainly higher than they used to be, but so is every other restaurant in the mall and everywhere else. In my opinion, their prices are fair given the quality and quantity of food that they provide.“

“I live out of town, and the first thing I want to do when I’m visiting my family in Iowa is go to Uncle Sang’s. They have the best sushi I have ever tried. We love everything we have ever ordered off which at this point we have tried most of the menu. 10/10 recommend. It is worth the drive from Cedar Rapids or Iowa city.“
