They treat some employees like absolute garbage. Natasha has been extremely rude to minor employees, recording them without consent. Extremely childish behavior from her. Steals tips from those who are earning them during training. Took them from them and never paid them any. I could keep going. I love BlackEarth Java!! It is the only and best place to get coffee when I visit Iowa!!!! Great coffee and wonderful owners and staff! Love BlackEarth Java!
