KFC offers good food with friendly and helpful employees. The restaurant is kid-friendly with fun additions to children's meals. However, parking may be an issue as one customer had to park at a nearby mall to eat. Despite this, the customer service at the Spencer, Iowa location was exceptional, providing a sense of comfort and care. The food quality was a bit inconsistent, with some pieces being juicy and fresh while others were dry and chewy. Overall, KFC in Spencer, Iowa is a recommended stop for those looking for a quick and satisfying meal with excellent service.
