Ordered there this morning and the clerk has no idea how to take my order. The sausage on our biscuits were old and overcooked. Won’t go back.

Hardee’s offers great food with awesome service, and the restaurant looks great after the remodel. While the cleanliness has improved, there is still room for enhancement. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always greeting customers with a smile. Mistakes may happen, but the team is quick to fix them. The parking remains convenient, and the restaurant is kid-friendly with plenty of seating. The food is consistently hot and fresh to order, with popular choices like the Frisco, chicken tenders, hot ham and cheese, and the monster burger. Customers appreciate the drive-thru for a quicker experience and to avoid any remaining cleanliness issues. Overall, the customer service is good, and the team is making progress toward creating a positive atmosphere.
