We had a pretty big mess up with our order and had been waiting over 30 minutes for a mobile order. There was some kind of technical glitch that caused it. The restaurant apologized and gave us a refund. They were very professional about it and made it right. Good job.
Waited 15 minutes in Mobile delivery spot Had to call store ask them if they received my order and still waited a few more minutes after that. Milkshake was melted 2 sprites had hardly any ice still left in them. And give us one free pie woohoo. It was not busy and at least 10 other cars went through the drive through before we got our food.

We ordered on the app. We arrived 5 minutes after ordering. We waited 30 minutes in the mobile order pick up to receive warmish fries mixed with fries that were not fully cooked, a cold mcchicken and chewy cold chicken nuggets. The last 2 visits we have had, the food has been cold or luke warm and not worth paying for.
