The manager was out and about cleaning tables and checking on customers. When a staff member made a mistake, he fixed it and then kindly and quietly reminded the employee on how to prevent that from happening again.

I have never had a bad experience at a Culvers. The only complaint I could make would be the wait time in some drive throughs. Their food is consistently good, fresh, hot, and tasty.

They don't had Ketchup, no ice in their fountain machine, no lids... everything was clean but out of stock. There were too many employees just chillin and doing nothing instead of actually doing something (customer service is everything in my opinion)
