We got our food to go. It was ready way quicker than we expected. Staff was very friendly and engaging also.
Hair in food this has happen to me at 2 locations. They must not have a hair net policy in place.
I’ve ate my last bbops Sunday ordered from Altoona at 10:20 10-22-2023 the lady smiled and laughed some then said I made this just for you I said thank you. So I began my drive north. The fries were hot and the burger was clearly ice cold it was cooked but it obviously was put in the freezer or refrigerator. Hence the laugh and bs! As a chef of 25 years I just am gonna say this.
