“Tito’s Lounge is one of those spots that just gets it right. The food was solid across the board, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The ambiance is on point too. Relaxed but stylish and the kind of place you can actually enjoy a meal and a conversation without feeling rushed. What really stood out was the service. Attentive, friendly, and professional without being over the top. You can tell they care about the experience. “I’ve been a regular here for years until I moved to another city but I still work in Grimes and I got my co workers food today from here. The bartender was super nice on the phone and in person. When we got the food back to my office everything was perfect. The food was amazing. My boss who usually trashes anything I order if it isn’t something in his usual food places, well he absolutely loved it and said next time we ever get burgers that’s where we are going from this point on! Thanks again Uptown!“

“Hello, I wanted to recognize the staff of the Chinese buffet at the above location. They had very good patience with me and my confusion of their menu. They accommodated my requests and the gentlemen, two asian men, did an excellent job in taking my order and taking care of my dinner. I want to apologize if I caused any stress and frustration for them by my questions and the delay to serve the rest of the guests behind me ready to order. “I ordered A cup of soup and a side salad. I was told that the soup was a brothy soup and wouldn't have any type of thickener in it. Since I'm gluten free, that's what I needed. Unfortunately, when the cup of soup came it was not brothy. It was a thick soup. One of the people that I was with ordered some type of salmon I believe it was, it was so spicy she couldn't eat it. I didn't think the food was anything fantastic. The service was good in the atmosphere was good.“

“My lunch today at Saints Pub in Waukee, with two dear friends, was truly wonderful. My blackened salmon was tender and fabulous, and our server, Gerardo, was very helpful and attentive. Being able to relax on the patio on such a beautiful day was the cherry on top. We'll definitely be back!“
