10/10. Guadalajara in Waukee is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to.
I’ve eaten here probably 10 times now, and it has been FIRE every single time. The food is consistently incredible, the service is top tier, and the restaurant is always clean, sanitary, and has a great atmosphere.
And I don’t say this lightly — I’ve eaten at well over 300 Mexican restaurants in my life. Guadalajara is at the top of my list.
