“First time ever going to Tropical Smoothie and wow, what an experience as soon as I walked in.
The staff were super friendly and helped me choose a delicious treat. I believe her name was Mady (I could be mistaken), but she was over the top nice and excited to help me choose my next meal. I ended up going with what she recommended, which was Bahama Mama, and I was not disappointed! Will def be my go to smoothie now every time and I plan on being a regular!

“Amazing customer service!! We had an issue with our delivery, and in one phone call our issue was solved. It was never a question that they were going to make it right. They went above and beyond to fix our issue, and because of that, we will continue to be customers. We love these meals and will continue to order for convenient, healthy, fresh meal options during the week!“

“This is a drive-thru coffee shop that's similar to a CarHop from the 1950s. Fun, super friendly, fast service at your car. The music is blasting and the girls come out to your car to take your order. It's usually pretty busy with several vehicles in line waiting, but the service is fast and the drinks are diverse with creative new mixtures. It's less expensive than Caribou or Starbucks. There is no dine-in option, the only drawback.“

“I just want to thank the sweet soul working the drive thru today. I grabbed a coffee on my way to work after a long night of little to no sleep. My tears hiding behind my sunglasses. Maybe it was the shake in my voice or one of those tears slipped out. But she seemed to have known. Her sweet comment that I look lovely today, made me smile. (Also, me knowing, I look like a mess). Thank you for taking the moment to make someone’s day a little better, the world needs more humans like you.“
