Starbucks is a welcoming place with a great atmosphere, where customers can enjoy a calm environment without loud music. The patio is a nice spot to relax. The staff is friendly and efficient, always making visitors feel comfortable. Inside, the atmosphere is festive and very welcoming. Even when they didn't have one of the ingredients for a special drink, they used the caramel crunch topper instead of graham cracker crumbs, which turned out really good. The drive-thru service is generally good, though there is some room for improvement. The staff, especially Sherri, are kind and helpful, going above and beyond in difficult situations, like assisting a customer whose child was sick in the car. Despite some minor issues, such as a confusing shift change causing mix-ups with orders, the newer location is worth visiting again. Overall, Starbucks remains a reliable choice for a pleasant experience.
