Didn't have cheese curds, didn't have onion rings, said thank you when they brought the food they didn't say anything back, the kitchen staff was loud, obnoxious complaining about other staff that was lazy, certainly a disappointing experience all

I was happy to have Hardee's, I have always enjoyed visiting this location in the past. Unfortunately this time was a big eye opener. There were only 3 workers at the time, they were respectful. The issue I had was that I got a breakfast platter and a breakfast sandwich and wasn't asked about a drink. I assumed a platter would come with a drink. I assumed wrong. Ordered on door dash. Big mistake. Thought my food was ordered cone to find out it wasn't took my money and then took 3 days to reimburse me it back and lost out in my lunch break thinking I had a order on its way. Mcdonalds is better anyway.
