Staff was friendly. Fries were hot
The employees are always super friendly and the food is great!!
Ive had a hard time finding a Mcdonalds that ive actually had a bad experience at. With that being said, as much as I go to this Mcdonalds, ive rarely had a bad experience, maybe a sauce here or there missing but for the most part excellent service every time.

McDonald's offers a hit or miss menu, particularly with the fries. The Quarter Pounders are not the same since a new seasoning was added. While there are times when food may not be fresh, the service remains good. During rush hour, the staff has shown great customer service, quickly addressing issues like forgotten orders. The restaurant has plenty of parking and a large, clean play place for kids. It is wheelchair accessible with friendly staff, including a pair of twins who are incredibly kind and generous. One of the twins once paid for a customer's meal when they didn't have a suitable bill, insisting they pay it forward. The location is convenient for travelers, situated off highway 63 on the outskirts of Waterloo, making it easy for customers to stop in for an iced coffee or food. Despite some menu confusion, the staff strives to ensure everyone leaves happy, making McDonald's a welcoming and caring place to dine.
