I'm a long time customer and love Scooter's coffee.
Today I bought my usual mocha, but it came to me tasting of coffee and water. No milk.
I went to the window and was met by an employee who was rude, rude, rude. She argued with me that if they made another, it would taste the same. Then she slammed the window in my face.

My husband and i went to this scooters this morning after our daughter surgery. Ordered a large drink, the workers were short, and seem led very irritated. Didn’t say a word at the window when paying. Typically I’m not one to complain because I’ve also worked in costumer service. But paying for a half full drink is RIDICULOUS. Looks like i need to stick to the scooters in Waterloo/Cedar falls.
