The Mrs texted me to let me know there was a great BBQ FoodTruck sitting out in front of the Wal-Mart store so I had to go check it out!
Bents Smokehouse BBQ has some great Pulled Pork and I also added a side of Potato Salad....all for 10.00...a great deal as the portions were very generous!
Great sandwich, very quick service!
They have the condiments out front so you can sauce it up to your liking.

“The food is absolutely amazing but the service takes this place to the next level. All of the employees are so kind and walk around willing to talk to everyone with a smile. We have absolutely no complaints about Costas, we have to keep coming back because they run out of prime ribs before we get there--our fault but one of these weekends we will make it there earlier than 7pm!”

“Everything you could want in a small town bar with the bonus of thin-crust tavern style pizza. There is a pool table and plenty of bar stools.

We were there on RAGBRAI and the place was jammed with a mix of riders, teams, and locals — all having an enjoyable time with cheap brews and tunes.”

“My family ordered chicken parm, chicken pesto Alfredo, mozzarella sticks, and spinach dip. Genuinely some of the BEST Italian food I’ve had in a while. So freaking good. The sauce did not taste canned, the chicken was extremely tender, and noodles were cooked just right to me. We will be back.”

“Toaster is broken and can't get toasted subs, so meats and other items were thrown into plastic dishes and microwaved to be heated, but overall still liked how the sandwiches tasted”
