I got the chicken and shrimp teriyaki and I got him the beef teriyaki with crab Rangoons. It was all perfectly cooked and so good. He was very happy they had a diet Dr Pepper too.“

“I absolutely love this place!! My husband and I discovered it recently and had the teriyaki bowls with steak and chicken & enjoyed both the noodles and rice as well as the chicken egg rolls. We were immediately impressed!!

Everything was wonderful & the egg rolls were the best we ever had!! The prices were really fair, especially considering the huge portions!! Best bang for your buck!

We went there again yesterday and had the pork fried dumplings - amazing!! I also ordered the scarlet sushi roll after it was recommended by the owner. I swear, the scarlet sushi roll, was the best the thing I ever ate!! My husband & son both loved it as well and they don't even like sushi!!

Everyone was extremely friendly!! We haven't experienced this type of customer service for years!! It took me back to a time when I was young, when people actually cared about providing exceptional service and strived to make a difference!!

You can truly taste the quality in every bite. I ordered the J-Pablo roll, and my wife had the Volcano roll , both were absolutely phenomenal. “I love sushi and I had been on many sushi places From San Francisco Ca, Guadalajara Jal and this one Blue Sushi Sake Grill in Des Moines IA and this one was special different and I loved it; Not only the food, the service was exceptional, the lady that helped me was amazing cause when she learned was my first time there she gave me edamame and the way the do it was a little different, I loved it; all the rolls were amazing but the one that I loved the most was the one with cucumber that I forgot the name, but was not all; honestly I could not finished all and she told me let me put this for you to go, OMG this beautiful lady packed my stuff really well even I got this lil plate for the soy sauce, so I really recommend this place to eat there or even to go, cause their service and the food is exceptional, and definitely if I am close I going to come again, thanks !!!!“

“Teriyaki Madness is a fast food restaurant specializing in teriyaki dishes, preparing all orders fresh rather than in advance. I used to go to a place like this years ago in Nashville and always wished we had one in the Des Moines Metro.

The restaurant is ideal for individuals who are running errands, grabbing a bite on their own or have limited time. There is a small seating area, so I would not recommend this place for a large group. Takeout is available, but I recommend you order ahead, given that all meals are made to order and may require a wait.

The bowls provide a well-balanced meal of protein, carbs and veggies. The menu, though focused on teriyaki, has a notable range of choices. You select from different protein options and pick either white rice, brown rice, or noodles, and you have an option to add stir-fried veggies. Appetizers include egg rolls, edamame, potstickers, and, my favorite, crab rangoons. Best of all - the food was amazing. My only complaint is the ice tea is not freshly brewed.

Customer service is attentive and staff maintain a friendly demeanor. Additionally, the restaurant utilizes durable plastic containers for takeout, which are suitable for reheating, dishwasher use, and repeated use.
