“I have celiac disease and chipotle is one of my favorite places to safely eat. I’m from utah and am just traveling. Alen was at the front and when i asked him to switch his gloves he did it with a smile as well as ask my allergies and make a clean space for me. He used all new silverware to prevent cross contamination and washed his hands multiple times. unfortunately this has not always been the case when eating out with an allergy so i was extremely grateful he was so kind when i asked him. I have had many experiences with employees being putt off or bothered by just simply switching their gloves. Thank you Allen and chipotle for training your employees in cross contamination!!“
“I literally eat here three times a week at least. I weigh 120 lbs and I can throw these burritos down and they are humongous 💜💜💜💜 this is the best place to go eat. You want to take a girl out on a date take her here, great atmosphere wonderful staff, she would love it!!!! 💗💜“
“I ordered food with the downtown Boise business association gift card and while the card didn’t work as advertised, Chipotle manager Canyon was incredibly
patient, kind, and understanding and comped my meal during busy rush hour dinner service. A truly great guy and a 5 star experience all around. Get Canyon a raise ASAP!“
“Nice service, but don't expect a large meal. Seems like each spoon full of rice, beans or meat were tapped against the side of the container so a portion of the food would drop back into the container leaving a smaller portion of rice, beans or meat was added to my burrito bowl. Seemed chincy. Good flavors though.“
