I've been coming to the downtown location for a few years now and have never had a bad experience hence the five starts but today was different. My order was completely forgotten for well over twenty minutes and no compensation nor apology was attempted. They also asked me to repeat my order at least three times and the blended drink I received was significantly more watery than usual. I would encourage all of you to try this place! I taste a new flavor every time and am never disappointed. My favorite is Avocado, which is hard to pull off, but they did an excellent job.

Came in twice the past two weeks to get drinks with my date and we both really enjoyed it. The service is fast and the drinks have always tasted good. I would recommend this place if you like tea, it has an amazing selection and you want be disappointed!
