Ordered the #1. If you are going to specialize in fries, they need to be awesome. And they were. Multiple dipping sauces to choose from. Multiple seasonings to choose from. Definitely going back.
BFC had a good reputation in my mind from past experiences. Their burgers and fries were considered top notch. They had several of the potato selections (such as purple potatoes) that I remember from past visits gone, they only have 5 options to pick from. While their salt selection is top-notch, they only have two sauces (ketchup and spicy ketchup) that are safe for vegans. They had a sign out that they are frying their potatoes in beef tallow now (although there was an option...
