The food is great and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. It’s Costa Vida—what else can I say. One thing that does set this Costa Vida apart from its other locations is its incredible team. I just witnessed some incredible customer service from Mercedes that I wanted to make the store aware of.

I was eating my food next to the soda fountain, and there was a customer who made a mess around the condiment counter. That customer then proceeded to ask Mercedes...
