Music typically gets really loud and makes it hard to hear who you're talking to inside, depending on shifts or who is playing the music. The service at the "curbside" in the cafe is spotty. Typically, you have to stand at the counter for 10 minutes for someone to notice you and come out. The Cafe is decently clean, there is no bathroom but there is a chevron or a rite aid across the street on either corner *rite aids bathroom is always out of order like the ice...
Was having a horrible morning on Xmas Eve!! Kaylee let me vent to her about the crazy woman that cut me off to be in the front of the line for GC!! Kaylee and staff were so comforting with my Iced Coffee and warm smiles!! 5 + ✨
I normally have a great time getting coffee at this location. Today I watched for 10 minutes as the line in front of me diverged and took priority. No one let me in, no zipper, and employees standing out there trying to figure out what to do. I get it's a confusing parking lot, but I've never been so blatantly ignored. Will not be returning to this location
