Ordered turkey and egg bagel. The eggs are seriously gross. They had the consistency of pressed old grits. The eggs kinda just disintegrated and the yolk can't honestly be called a yolk.
If you're willing to share a giant video board of a beautifully made brisket egg breakfast sandwich please ensure its available on the menu.

Back in July I was stranded at the Boise Airport due to the Microsoft/Crowdstrike debacle. I left Boise to make a connecting flight to Salt Lake City then to Dallas. While I was stranded, very few positive things happened. It was an absolute nightmare. I had a lot of time to kill because my flight was getting cancelled one after the other.
