McDonald's on Fairview provides a great experience with friendly and patient staff, including the store manager and front desk employees. The employees are consistently nice and helpful, making the atmosphere welcoming. The restaurant offers multiple parking spots and is wheelchair accessible, ensuring convenience for all guests. It's a kid-friendly spot, and the staff is especially kind to children. The food is quick and fresh, with no cold fries or hamburgers. Customers have noted the quality of service, with one mentioning a pleasant experience when placing a large order over the phone, thanks to the manager's accommodating nature. John, who runs the front counter, has been highlighted for his friendliness and professionalism. While the food meets expectations, including the recommendation of the McCrispy Chx Sandwich, some customers have noted a recent change in the Coca-Cola syrup mixture, prompting them to seek other locations. Overall, this McDonald's remains a favorite among customers, making it a great choice for a treat.
