First time and last time. I haven't had a chance to try the pizza yet. however, the customer service is really unpleasant. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I'm not the only one. I spoke with another gentleman in line, he agreed, the servers had an attitude the entire time. They seemed very stressed out and in a rush. Person who helped us seemed to hate their job, couldn't make eye contact, appeared to be high. Put way too much sauce on my pizza that it became unenjoyable. Typical love mod pizza, but thus person shouldn't be employed. Visit was at 7pm

Sold on the first try! I had heard a lot about MOD Pizza, and finally got to try it. Went for the second time the other day and had great customer service (including a mistake in our order but they handled it above and beyond). I love the build-your-own (like Subway or Chipotle) style.
