This is absolute the place to be for incredible Vietnamese food.

We did the egg rolls for our appetizer. You could tell that everything was freshly made. 10/10

We split the bahn mi, and again incredibly fresh. I judge a bahn mi on the crunch in the bread and it was perfect. The meat was seasoned perfectly and tender.

Then the pho. Clean, clear broth, and a beautiful subtle flavor. The sirloin and the meatballs...

We typically go to Pho Nouveau when we are in town, but this was a delicious find! The broth was very flavorful and the veggies were nice and fresh. I also enjoyed the tofu! All in all, very solid vegan pho and we will be back next time we are in town!

I love their homemade broth. You can taste the star anise...just how I make it. Though we have not been here in a minute the waiters remember us. This is my favorite place for pho, my partner's 2nd pick. But it is the best, I dont care what anyone says. Nice cozy little place.
