Our server made a great recommendation on the leek and mushroom pasta with the addition of steak, it was an unexpected and delightful pairing! I was underwhelmed with the cliche art and seating. The table next us felt bad and kept trying to be more than quiet because it was so close and you couldn’t help overhearing a conversation, we eventually just made jokes about it and helped them celebrate their night. We enjoyed the food and unexpected guests, but it felt rushed and too quick for a date night.

How have I never been here before, this place is amazing!! I got to watch the October fest patrons on 8th street while drinking a local hazy IPA, and eating what I think is the best pasta I have ever had in my entire life, while surrounded with beautiful decor and ambiance. I’m already looking forward to eating my leftovers and booking my next reservation. 10/10 would return and try as many more items on the menu as I could.

An excellent restaurant that serves absolutely excellent food. My server was attentive, gave a comfortable amount of space, and was outstanding in communication.
They presented drinks I asked for before arriving upon seating us. The floral and sour drink had an adorable flower and presentation along with great flavor.
The Carbonara, Chicken Parmesan, and steak are all bold with flavor and extremely well-balanced. I highly recommend this excellent restaurant for a date night, anniversary, or other special occasion.

For clarification, for the restaurant owners response I am not talking about the Sedona restaurant I was definitely in Boise with my family. I did not have a reservation me and my family walked in and were seated. The reason you cannot track me is because we paid cash. I wish I would have paid attention to the negative reviews prior to coming here and noticed so many 5 star reviews after this one which I so not think is coincidence. I was visiting some family here and decided to try this restaurant with my parents. The waitress took about 25 minutes to get our drinks and even after that we had to ask a random waiter to see if he can take our orders. He was very sweet to call our actual waitress over to us to take our orders and ensure that we didn’t need anything else. Before this happened the waitress just kept passing us while she looked right at me and not offering to see if we needed anything not even drinks. It was the most weirdest situation and honestly I found it disrespectful. Our food took an additional 30 minutes to be ready and after she gave us our food that’s the last we saw of her. We were wishing we had gotten the guy waiter instead as he was very sweet and welcoming. The food was okay, nothing special and I think the service had already ruined the experience. We were pretty patient and not rude but we just didn’t want to be there at all. We decided to leave the cash total on the table and not tip at all because it’s was the worse service I have ever received in my life. The other low ratings on this restaurant completely match my experience. Not just awful service but felt like I we had the rudest waitress there. The ambiance was a negative experience overall. Waitresses do better kindness doesn’t hurt.

I don’t appreciate how their own restaurant owner is trying to say that I went to a different restaurant that should definitely say something. Showed up and waited about 10 minutes before the bartender finally turned around and told us to sit down. There were only two other tables during dinner, that should have been our first warning. After another 30 minutes, our server finally appeared, and we were ready to order.
When the food arrived, there was no silverware, so we waited another 10 minutes. By the time we could eat, the food was lukewarm at best. Maybe that was a blessing, because the flavors weren’t good to begin with.
It’s heartbreaking to see businesses on 8th Street struggle, but this experience made it clear that the management here needs serious reevaluation.
